University of Bath, Student Accomodation

Rydon has completed a number of refurbishments of purpose built accommodation rooms both on and off campus. 

Projects have included Brendon Court, Thornbank Gardens and the university's largest refurbishment project to date which was at the Marlborough & Solsbury building and included refurbishment of 500 beds and kitchens.

The contract period on all these projects was a challenging 12 weeks to coincide with the university summer vacation, however the schemes had to be carried out in a sensitive manner as the campus was continually operational. 

All projects have been completed to the time and budget with minimal defects.
