Trained as a QS, Ben has over 30 years’ experience in the industry spanning new build, refurbishment and reactive maintenance with leading industry organisations. Ben joined Rydon in October 2014 as Director of Non-PFI Housing. In 2015, Ben took Director responsibility for all Housing Maintenance contracts and in April 2021 he became Managing Director for Rydon Maintenance Limited.

Penny leads the Performance Team, Business Systems Team and is also responsible for the Dartford Contact Centre. She has built an excellent reputation for her work in monitoring contract performance, identifying trends and working with operations to resolve problems. Penny has a proven track record of delivering improved business performance and has instilled the same passion for performance into her teams. Penny has a BA of Laws from the University of Westminster and joined Rydon in December 2011.

Following a Modern Apprenticeship in Building Services and qualifying as an electrician, Clifford has gained over 25 years’ experience within the reactive maintenance industry, in a variety of roles and across a varied portfolio of sectors including the MOD, retail, commercial, education, Healthcare and Housing. Clifford joined Rydon in January 2004 and progressed through the Rydon management organisation, gaining experience on PFI and non-PFI contracts within both the Housing and Healthcare sectors. Clifford is a Certified member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
